We follow the core concepts of the RIE philosophy where the foundation is respect. We respect every child as a unique individual with their own needs and boundaries. We communicate to foster respect and trust. We find that infants, even very young in age, are
intelligent and learn at a rapid rate. Our methods not only help us to build stronger bonds, but help them in their interaction with other children. We find when we speak in a calm respectful manner they learn to respect others as well.
